Yes, clients can upgrade from Starter or Standard to a higher tier at any point. We will credit the amount already paid toward the difference in package price.
If work has not yet commenced on your file, we refund the service fee minus any administrative costs already incurred. Once document filing or property registration has started, fees become non-refundable.
